Modeling session at Dohto University for Sculpture I class, 2005

I've taught art at Dohto University in Hokkaido, Japan between 1992-2008 first as a guest lecturer and then few years later, as a full time, tenure facutly member of art department. I taught mostly classes in sculpture, but I also taught their equivalent of design classes.   Though the space and facility was limited for 3-d work, I've had wonderful group of students and enjoyed teaching experience at Dohto very much. The culmination of yearly teaching at Dohto was an annual thesis exhibition and periodical sculpture seminar (major) exhibition around February at the end of Japanese school year. You can see images of some of these sculpture students' works in ' Sculpture Seminar' section - above left.
